Junior Graphic Designer / Illustrator - Get Hired Fast

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with digital design experience to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assisting with creating a variety of creative assets for our digital products.

What will I be doing?

• Assisting with the design and development of creative assets for our digital products
• Working with other creative team members to produce content.
• Creating illustrations and digital assets to align cohesively with supplied art direction and guidelines
• Creating and updating documentation based on feedback and changes.
• Desk research to help inform your concepts
• Presenting concepts for feedback from the relevant team members.

Required skills & experience

• Proven ability to produce a variety of illustrative work
• Confident in Figma and the Adobe suite
• Exposure to creating assets for apps
• Can confidently supply design files and assets to spec 
• Strong Graphic Design skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills and able to meet deadlines, with a collaborative attitude
• Open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback
• Innovative and confident to push boundaries of design.
• Ability to own the visual design process, identify and implement improvements.

Education & experience

• Qualification in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
• Experience producing creative assets and layouts
• Bonus if you have knowledge in User Interface Design.

We would prefer someone to be in our Mount Maunganui office at least 2 times a week, so our Senior Designers can help onboard, up skill and support this Junior Design role.
