About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working alongside an experienced Graphic and Digital Designer, this role will suit someone who is early on in their career (or even a recent graduate with some practical experience) who likes to be involved in all aspects of in-house marketing and design.  This is a varied, hands-on role that is essential to our business, and one where the right candidate can really make their mark.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the design of visually appealing graphics to support products and marketing initiatives, including product images, product labels, printed and digital graphics, and marketing communication materials.
• Assisting with the maintenance of label programs for all brands and working closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure all labels are current, accurate and compliant.
• Working with our label printers to ensure all label print orders are executed correctly, using the current label artwork, and printed according to our standards.
• Creating and updating sales support materials, ensuring all outputs are consistent, accurate and up to date.
• Continual maintenance of marketing assets to ensure documents are up to date and accurate.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a graphic and digital design, creative artworker or mac op role.
• Ability to work in-house at our Airport Oaks location.
• Relevant tertiary level qualification.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar and MailChimp or similar.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, and editing would be a bonus. 
• Ability to work across a range of different mediums (print, EDMs, social media, websites, and more).

• Be self-motivated, hardworking, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.
• Adaptable and able to pick up new and evolving technology, systems and processes.
• Have excellent written and verbal English language skills including grammar and spelling.
