Junior Parts Assistant - Palmerston North

In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable product knowledge while providing professional and efficient service to both internal and external customers who require parts and accessories.

What you’ll be doing:

Parts & Warehouse Support

• Learn our range of parts and products and where they are sourced from.

• Load and unload parts deliveries from trucks.

• Assist with storing parts in an organised and accessible manner.

• Learn to complete paperwork and accurately enter data into our computer systems.

• Assist with rolling stock checks under the guidance of senior Parts staff.

• Maintain a clean and tidy stockroom.

• Learn to process parts sales transactions accurately.

• Assist with preparing orders to replenish stock and supplies.

• Deliver parts to customers when required.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers.

• Assist with customer enquiries and learn to answer automotive-related questions.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
