We are excited to open our doors to our new, state-of-the-art Wanaka office, working alongside our experienced team of consultants across the legal or engineering markets.

About The Opportunity:

As we continue to scale our team to meet our growing client needs, we are actively recruiting for both our legal and engineering divisions.

You will work closely as a part of a busy, client-facing team to maintain existing and build new relationships, actively staying on the pulse of talent within the market. You will work alongside multiple senior consultants in this space, with direct one-on-one mentorship and a chance to work on roles from day one.

By joining our tight-knit team of trusted consultants, you will:

• Work across a variety of administrative & CRM software
• Attend & take leadership of your own client meetings & presentations
• Deal with complex business transactions & negotiations
• Build & maintain relationships across the market
• Manage a variety of valuable client accounts

This is a hugely varied role that will provide you with the opportunity to work with some fantastic businesses as a partner in talent acquisition. You will also become a trusted advisor to a pool of talented individuals in achieving market-leading career milestones and goals.

Although you will be primarily based out of our Wanaka office, we actively encourage travel between our regional offices and divisional clients on an NZ-wide level.
