About the role A Foreman/Junior SM role, working under an experienced Site Manager overseeing all aspects of project delivery;
- Daily management of sub-contractors
- Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program
- Using/updating Procore
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
Skills & Experience- Ideally NZ Carpentry qualified
- 5+ years experience in the local Construction market
- Experience in residential/volume residential Construction
- A driven mentality with a desire to prove yourself
- Great communication skills
