The Kaitiaki role is central to the kaupapa of Tipu Ora. In this rewarding role, you will bring a genuine passion for supporting hapū māmā, their pēpi, tamariki and whānau. Your unique life experiences will enable you to share valuable knowledge that enhances mothercraft and parenting skills within the community. Committed to delivering safe, high-quality care, you will utilize evidence-based practices under the guidance of our clinical team with all mahi delegated and supervised by a Registered Nurse.

The successful applicant will work alongside Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Kaitiaki (including the Pāpā Program) throughout all aspects of working with Hapū māmā, tamariki and whānau.
