He angitūtanga: About the Role:

The Kaitātari Pūnaha Pakihi | Business Systems Analyst is responsible for system administration of Kāhu (ArcGIS), the Te Tumu Paeroa website, and Jemini HRIS.

• Work closely with the application owner, users, and business owners to ensure the core systems are meeting business requirements.
• Work with users to develop new workflows, configurations, and other system improvements.
• Maintain ArcGIS, Website and Jemini HRIS systems configuration and workflows. 
• Analyse and troubleshoot issues users are having with core systems.
• Carry out configuration changes such as adding forms and fields, workflows, and reports to ArcGIS, the website and Jemini HRIS as required.
• Assist with other changes for integrated systems such as Tūī CRM and Business Central and Microsoft SharePoint 
• Ensure the system change is managed through Te Tumu Paeroa change management practices. 

He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. 
• At least 3 years’ experience in a in a technology related environment managing a variety of systems and databases. 
• Project management and change management experience.
• Practical experience with ArcGIS, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft SharePoint, and M365 is desirable. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. 
• A good understanding of ITIL principles and practices. 
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential.

• Pae Rua- Te Whakarongo | An ability to understand Te Reo Māori, a desire and ability to practice correct pronunciation of Te Reo Māori (desired). 

Ngā Pae Mōhiotanga Tikanga Māori

• Pae Rua- Te Noho Marae | An understanding and living of Tikanga Māori on a noho marae level. Knowing and racticing things such as basic karakia, waiata and one’s own pepehā (desired)
