Key Account Manager - Excellent Benefits Package

Reclaim is looking for an effective communicator with the desire to share their knowledge of recycling and provide fantastic customer support for some of the biggest recycling customers in Auckland. The role requires someone who is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and is able to follow through to make sure customers are always catered for.

We are looking for someone with:

• Key account management experience
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills, coupled with a high level of computer literacy.
• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Effective, clear and confident communication skills
• Exceptional relationship management skills across various organisational levels.
• A self driven attitude and a desire to develop business
• Sales experience
• Great organisation and time management skills.
• Knowledge and interest in recycling  

The Role:

• Maintaining existing customer relationships
• Actively seeking new customers on a daily basis
• Working with customers to meet their recycling needs
• Ensuring correct service of your customer bins by working with the transport team 
• Identifying growth opportunities 
• Educating companies on waste and how to reduce theirs
