About the role of the kitchen designer 

We are looking for a showroom based Kitchen Sales / Designers. The job includes all sales related duties, from generating leads, working with installers, completing the sales, and following up after the sales. Work hours are 40 hours a week, including one Saturday work and Sunday. Salary is negotiable according to your experience and competency. 

• Assisting retail and trade customers within the store showroom, providing product and advice when required
• Aim for the high number of sales
• Following up on customer leads
• Follow up with the customer after-the sale
• Kitchen design according to clients' needs
• Take kitchen measurements at clients' houses
• Give kitchen design and quotation
• Work with installing team
• Follow up with the client after-the sale
• Ensure that the showroom presentation is of a high standard
• Answer phone and reply to customer inquiry both online and retails
• Manage and maintain our social media online promotion
• Ensure showroom presentation on high standard at all times
• Fluent in English

Skills and experience

• At least 3 years of experience in kitchen design or related industry
• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Must be familiar with relevant design software 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team player
• Willing to work on Saturdays
• Certificates in kitchen and bathroom design or similar would be an advantage
