Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina are three magnificent restaurants in Queenstown, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group.

We are looking for multiple kitchenhands who want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for the guests. 

Your duties will include the following:

• Wash dishes and keep the dish area clear


• Food preparation, assist in producing menu items to a high standard


• Store and label food correctly


• Cleaning all areas of the kitchen to a high standard             


• Maintain standards for food safety in all food preparation areas


• Communication skills, with the ability to listen and follow instructions


• Notify Head/Sous Chef of any breakages or equipment 
  


• Uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations

No experience is required, on the job training is provided.
