What you'll be doing

• Coordinating administrative aspects of the DC’s activities, report production and liaising with our temporary workforce labour supply partners
• Creating purchase orders and processing accounts payable
• Assisting with onboarding on new team members; issuing uniforms, locker, access card
• Extracting KPI data from systems and producing reports as required
• Organising team meetings and ensuring information from Kmart is effectively communicated via team noticeboards and other mechanisms
• Assisting with maintenance of the DC’s LMS and training records
• Following up with team managers to ensure safety documentation is completed; uploading records
• Acting as the first point of call for all visitors to the building; issuing site access cards as required
• Ensuring the site is stocked with stationery and people consumables at all times
• Assisting the leadership team with ad hoc administrative tasks relating to inventory management, facilities maintenance, as well as safety and training.
