The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Labourer Supervisor to lead and coordinate our labour teams on industrial sites. In this role, you’ll supervise labourers making sure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to scope.

You’ll also work closely with the Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator, providing backup ensure workforce planning, onboarding, inductions, and compliance requirements are in place before work begins. This role is both hands on in the field and focused on effective resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead labour teams on shutdowns, projects, and maintenance.


• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety briefings.


• Confirm labour, equipment, and resource needs with site leaders.


• Work with the Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator to manage inductions, training, and workforce planning.


• Monitor work quality, safety, and progress against deadlines.


• Keep accurate records of hours, site logs, and progress updates.


• Promote IMG’s Safety First
  culture and support incident reporting and investigations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership/supervisory experience in labour, maintenance, or shutdown environments.


• Strong focus on health & safety.


• Confident communicator with good organisational skills.


• Ability to coordinate multiple teams in a busy environment.
