Labourer (Taupo)

About the role:

• Manual labour and hand tool operations
• Work as a team to complete the road maintenance tasks as required
• Other duties specific to civil construction, such as concrete work, kerb & channel, small asphalt work etc.
• Permanent full time job - minimum 40 hours guaranteed
• Work from Monday to Friday (Saturday from time to time)

About you:

• Experience in Civil construction is advantageous but not necessary
• Class 1 license is advantageous
• Willingness to muck in and put a hard day's work in
• A desire to keep yourself and others safe in the workplace
• SiteSafe or Construct Safe certificate (or ability to obtain it)

You're passionate about what you do and genuinely take pride in a job well done. This is a physical role, so you need to be fit and well to carry out your duties. We offer a guaranteed 40 hours working week, and a competitive hourly rate.
