Our Information Management team is a fun, professional and dedicated team of information specialist, working to enhance information management through effective record keeping, accessibility and the safeguarding of public information.

About the role | Kō tēnei tūranga mahi

We are seeking 2 team players to join our Information Management Team as a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) Officer for a fixed period of time of 7-12months, with estimated start dates of August-September 2025. Your role will predominantly be focused on preparing Land Information Memorandum (LIM) reports for our customers, but you will also have the variety of providing other administrative support functions to the team.

• Wil possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively with a exceptional eye for detail.

• You can demonstrate your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships through exceptional communication and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• You will have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems, with strong document control and auditing skills
• Knowledge of key legislation including the Local Government Act, Building Act and associated processes, and the Nelson Resource Management Plan would give you a distinct advantage.
