We currently have an opportunity for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be a part of the successful LE LABO teams at Aelia Auckland International Airport.  The Le Labo Soul will be responsible for promoting and selling Le Labo's products, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating ongoing customer relationships. The Le Labo Soul will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance and inventory.

While previous retail fragrance experience is desirable we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience. Qualifications

• To be successful you will need to have:

  • Previous retail experience with the Sales/Goal driven environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable grooming with a professional demeanour and stylist appearance
  • Tracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectations
  • A pro-active approach with sales and customers
  • Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
  • Passion for the fragrance industry and knowledge of fragrance components and ingredients is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language and speaking a second language would be advantageous
