Anexa Veterinary Services has 11 veterinary clinics across the Waikato and Hauraki Plains providing services to family pets, and both dairy and drystock farmers. Each of our clinics is unique but at Anexa we are one team.

About the role

This role is full-time based in the Morrinsville clinic and reports into and works alongside our Production Animal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be the mastermind behind planning and coordinating seasonal work for our Production Animal Technician services, focusing on key activities like dry-off/teat sealing and disbudding.
• Recruitment and management of Casual Large Animal Technicians will be part of your role, with the support of Human Resources and Operations Manager along with overseeing multiple teams during peak season.
• You will thrive off relationship management and deliver this with our farm clients, tech teams and clinical teams.
• You will play a pivotal role in delivering induction and health and safety training alongside skills training for casual technicians with support from the Clinical Team and Human Resources.
• Ensuring that our technicians adhere to Standard operating Procedures SOPs is vital, so you’ll be handling their sign-offs annually and keeping the SOP documentation in check.
• Management of adverse event processes across all activities

• An all-round organiser with proficiency in Excel, Word and some experience or exposure to QA and QC processors.
• Someone that builds great internal working relationships and teamwork across the business, you thrive in a collaborative environment.
• You can handle conflicting deadlines and varying workloads with ease.
