Lead Design Estimator/Project Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical enclosures and switchboards across the country.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Estimator with a strong background in electrical engineering, design and estimating to oversee project delivery.
  
The Role:

Working in collaboration with highly experienced professionals, you will be responsible for analysing project requirements and specifications to prepare accurate design and competitive estimates for electrical switchboard projects.

You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress to ensure switchboards are manufactured and supplied on time and on budget.

  You Are:

• Tertiary qualified in Electrical Engineering.
• Experienced in electrical design and estimating within electrical manufacturing or power distribution.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of switchboards. 
• Personable with outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.

Skills and experience:

• Proven track record of design, estimating and project delivery within electrical manufacturing or power distribution. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• The ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
