About Ryman Retirement Villages 

Ryman Healthcare is seeking one full time Gardener to join our friendly team at Miriam Corban Retirement Village.

You will have empathy for our resident and be dedicated to making our village a beautiful place to live and work. You will work a minimum of 30 hours per week earning a minimum of $31.00 per hour.

About the Role 

In this role you will:

• Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy
• Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area
• Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

• Have a minimum level 5 qualification horticulture or equivalent
• Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail 
• A reliable, friendly and professional manner
