Overview: Mercy Ships New Zealand (MSNZ) is a faith-based charity focused on raising awareness, recruiting volunteers, and fundraising for the world’s largest civilian hospital ships, Africa Mercy and Global Mercy, which provide medical services in sub-Saharan Africa. Mercy Ships vision it to use hospital ships to transform lives and serve nations, with its mission of following the example of Jesus bringing hope and healing to the world’s forgotten poor.
Mercy Ships New Zealand is seeking a passionate and proactive Lead Medical Volunteers Recruiter to enhance their mission of delivering free healthcare. This role is crucial for identifying and attracting medical volunteers who embody the values and vision of Mercy Ships.

The salary for this role is approximately $67k – $80k. The Auckland office is based in Greenlane.
