About the role
As an experienced recruitment professional and market leader, you will be leveraging a portfolio of existing clients while mentoring your colleagues to deliver to team targets through providing exceptional levels of recruitment service to candidates and clients.
 
Duties:

• Manage and grow a successful client portfolio with existing clients within our high-volume team
• Recruit a broad range of roles consisting of temporary, permanent, contract and fixed-term positions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and using specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive candidates
• Calling new clients and existing business to promote our recruitment services and market knowledge 
• Consulting and partnering with our clients to add value to their organisations, being a partner of choice.
• Mentor consultants within the business by sharing your expertise and knowledge and taking them on the journey

Requirements:

• A seasoned professional with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in recruitment
• A skilled relationship builder, with a track record of strong delivery
• You’ll have an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of drive
• You’re driven by success and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture 
• Leadership capability, having led or mentored previously
• Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing industry – it’s the world we live in!
