Role Overview:
As a Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations on our civil sites. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in civil construction and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

What you need:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure. A team player with a commitment to excellence.
• Roading experience is advantageous
