Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Leading Hand. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our site Leadership Team in various construction activities, contribute to a safe working environment, promote our company's values, and ensure project completion within specified standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute construction tasks assigned by site Leadership.
• Maintain site vehicles, plant, and equipment.
• Assist, guide, and train work site personnel.
• Coordinate tasks, ensuring adherence to safe work methods and risk assessments.
• Manage work sites in the absence of managers, including Health & Safety requirements.
• Assist Supervisors in resource planning and material ordering, contributing to project programming.

• Willingness to comply with Health & Safety regulations.

• Ability to meet agreed timeframes for work completion.
• Willingness to work away from home for periods if required.

Competencies:

• Teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Carpentry experience
• Preferred: Full Class 1 driver's license.
