Overview:  

We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is crucial in managing our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD) events, and supporting various L&OD initiatives.  

In this role you will: 

  • Manage usability, content, and course structure within the LMS – be the LMS admin & champion! 
  • Manage usability and data within engagement and recognitions platforms – being the admin and supporting other users. 
  • Coordinate face-to-face, online, and digital L&OD events. 
  • Provide first-line support for L&OD queries and system issues. 
  • Generate and analyse reports to measure progress and compliance. 
  • Collaborate with the Systems team to enhance L&OD systems functionality. 

What you will need: 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an LMS Administrator (experience using Totara is preferred, but not essential). 
  • Proficient in MS Office 365. 
  • Strong customer service skills and a responsive attitude. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT and vendors. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Well-organized with strong time-management abilities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field is desired.
