Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role

As a Builders Academy Learning and Development Practitioner, you will provide support, coaching and mentoring to Workplace Apprenticeship Educators that focuses on:

• Delivery of induction programs from an education perspective to new employees
• A focus on support through frequent interaction, community of practices and getting alongside your colleagues out in industry.
• Collaborate with managers and quality assurance to identify learning needs and design training programs that upskill apprenticeship workplace educators.
• Perform various moderation functions to ensure consistency
• Help guide the organisation towards a digital teaching, earning and assessment environment

Ko wai koe | About you

• You have experience in developing and delivering training programs to support a field team deliver success for apprentices and their learning environments
• Have led or delivered new employee induction / orientation programs from an education perspective.
• Delivered training programs in a variety of situations, including communities of practice, online, and one-to-one coaching.
• You live: He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.
• You enjoy sharing your passion for the construction industry.
• You have advanced written and verbal communication skills
• You can organise your time with efficacy
• You have an ability in the digital education environment
