About the role  

This role focuses on developing and implementing innovative training plans tailored to enhance production teams and broader company departments. It's a unique opportunity to shape learning strategies and contribute to an inclusive culture of continuous improvement.

Day-to-day Responsibilities  

• Plan and execute a comprehensive training plan.  
• Redesign training matrices for accessibility and efficiency.  
• Create and manage learning pathways on digital platforms.  
• Develop a training calendar to streamline processes.  
• Establish a system for continuous learning assessment.  
• Conduct audits to ensure training compliance and effectiveness.

Experience and Skills  

• Minimum 2 years in FMCG or related field.  
• Proven track record in developing effective learning experiences.  
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.  
• Experience in digital training and development tools.
