Support our growing, inclusive Property Management team in Auckland by using your people and admin skills to find great tenants for our landlords!

About the Role:
Collaborate with our wonderful team of 9 to find our clients amazing tenants, by:
Providing a high-quality service to our Landlords via advertising their properties, hosting viewings and finding good quality tenants.
Managing the process alongside our lovely BDM, and enjoy getting out of the office to different properties around the city.
Building trusted relationships with clients and potential tenants, enhancing your professional career within a respected company.
Working alongside a friendly team in a vibrant, collaborative office with a supportive manager!

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in customer service & admin (prior experience in leasing ideal, but not essential)
Interest in property industry / a career in Property Management
Excellent time management and organisation
Tech savvy (can operate phone and laptop)
Trustworthy team player who can work independently
Must haves for role:
Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen
Ability to work Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 6pm, and Saturdays 8.30am-5pm.
Professional English language skills (written and verbal)
Full driver’s license, with ability to drive
