About the role:

We are looking for a Leasing Systems Specialist to join the Kiwi Property team based at the Vero tower in Auckland CBD. We need a systems expert who can come in and make a difference with their recently implemented property management software, Yardi. We are looking for a candidate with great stakeholder communications skills, strong attention to detail and a technical background. This new role offers the successful candidate the chance to join Kiwi Property and make a difference by maximizing the success of our leasing data process.

What you will be doing:

The purpose of this role will be the management of lease data and tenant transactions within Yardi. This role is a key link between the Asset Management, Leasing and Finance teams. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Data Integrity - ensure the lease data in Yardi reflects commercial intention and legal agreements. 
• Manage regular data audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve leasing processes.
• Proactively troubleshoot and manage data exceptions. 
• Reporting - report on lease lifecycle activity.
• Design and implement processes to ensure the data in Yardi is accurate.
• Manage the billing process in Yardi including the setup of new leases.
• Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders including asset and leasing teams.

About you:

• Ability to build strong relationships across the team and across the whole business.
• Strong administration skills. 
• Yardi experience is an advantage but not required.
• Experience working with leases and legal contracts would be beneficial.
• Continuous improvement mindset, positive attitude and customer-focus.
• Good attention to detail.
