Their busy Energy & Resources / Projects team now seeks the assistance of a legal secretary. Working with several highly regarded Partners who are experts in their fields and their team, you will work on a variety of interesting matters for clients throughout NZ and offshore.
Duties - Opening new files
- Collating contracts and other documents
- Database management
- Diary management
- Client engagement
- Assist with finance tasks
Skills & Expertise - Previous experience as a legal secretary
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- IT savvy with strong technical skills
- Strong communication skills and an energetic and ambitious attitude to suit this fast paced team environment
