About the role - Our client is a Managed IT Services Provider to many business customers around New Zealand. This contract desktop field engineer role will be mostly based onsite at one of their very special customers based in South Auckland. You would be providing desktop support to all staff members.

Provide Level 2 Support to multiple customers
6 month contract
Move to a permanent role if that's the direction you want to move in
Overflow helpdesk support when/if required
Solve technical issues for busy professionals, anything from easy to general day-to-day, to more complex technical issues

About you - you'll have a passion for information technology and enjoy providing your clients with great technical support & generally solving their technical issues. You'll have 3 -5 years of IT technical support experience, great people skills and be able to represent our client professionally.

Desktop support abilities
Windows 10, AD Administration, Azure, M365
Level 1&2 Support experience
IT Qual or Certs
Able to work in Albany and South Auckland
Own a car and have a current driver's license
Customer-Centric attitude
A passion for technology
Brilliant communication skills
Available immediately or at short notice

All you need is 5+ years of IT Support experience and be able to hit the ground running.
