About the role: We're looking for a Surveyor or Technician to join our Surveying team. It's an exciting role as the scale of our projects can vary enormously, from helping private property owners to leading multi-disciplinary project teams in a collaborative approach to completion of multi staged projects. Key responsibilities in this role include:
- undertaking various types of surveys including land transfer, topographical, and land development
- resource consent applications and assessments of effects
- providing pre-purchase or pre-development property advice to clients
- engaging in community and Council consultations and meetings
- building strong, positive relationships with clients, allied professionals and Council staff.

Skills required: This role is perfect for a Licenced Cadastral Surveyor or Technician with at least 2 years' experience. You'll be familiar with modern surveying equipment, and experience with Magnet Office software would be an advantage.
You'll be a self-starter with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Only Licensed Cadastral Surveyors or Technicians with the right to work in New Zealand will be considered for this position.
