About the role

Maven is seeking a full-time Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to assist with our ever-growing workload and team in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato area. This position is available in either the Rotorua, Tauranga, or Matamata office, with the flexibility to work between the three if desired. 

Working closely with our survey manager you will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting the progress of your own projects.  As a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, you would be involved in mentoring and training staff, client management, business development and assisting the leadership team with general office management.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to self-manage.

Requirements: 

• Relevant tertiary education (BSurv).
• Licenced Cadastral Surveyor
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the New Zealand Surveying Industry.
• Experience with Landonline is essential.
• Being member of Survey and Spatial NZ (S+SNZ) is desirable.
• Experience with 12D, Civil3D and Autocad is desirable.
