Litigation Lawyer - Start Immediately

Turner Hopkins is a thriving general practice with 5 Partners, 4 Principals and Consultants, and growing commercial, property, immigration and litigation teams.  We act for a wide variety of clients including SME's, private/high net worth individuals and larger corporate clients.

We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.  The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation.  The position for the right candidate would depend on their level of experience, which could be junior, minimum of 1 year litigation experience, - intermediate - senior.

The Turner Hopkins litigation team have a broad range of interesting litigation work including property disputes, commercial disputes, construction disputes, debt recovery and insolvency, with a high load of cases in the District courts, High Courts, mediation, adjudication, and arbitration forums.  The litigation team is led by Michael Robinson and Catherine Pendleton, who work closely with the firm's commercial team on contract and property disputes.

Turner Hopkins has been around for just on 100 years and a move to brand new premises in June this year into the heart of Takapuna has taken us into the next 100.  Metres from Takapuna beach and the vibrant shops, cafes and restaurants we offer a great working environment and a supportive team.  This position is full time permanent, but for the right person Turner Hopkins is flexible to consider all options including part-time, contract and flexible working options.  Conditions and remuneration are on par with those offered in central city practices.
