As a locum Occupational Therapist, you will be working in a multi-disciplinary team to bring the best quality services to your clients across your area. You will be supporting individuals to overcome limitations that may have stemmed from illness, injury, emotional or psychological challenges, aging-relating effects and developmental delays.

The duties and responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing a diverse caseload
• Providing evidence-based assessment and services in home, community and clinic locations
• Liaise with NDIS participants and their supports, including family, carers, health professional and other agencies
• Gain a thorough understanding of your clients needs and define their goals
• Design appropriate therapy and equipment recommendations and support plans

To be considered for the role, you will have between 1-2 years experience as an OT.

You will also have:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Current NZ Police Check
• Current Australian Police Check or willing to apply
• Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated - certificate to be provided
• Ability to apply for a Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check
• Full Australian working rights
