Logistics Assistant - Unlimited Growth Potential

Oranutrition Limited is a rapid growing healthcare products manufacturer based at Wiri, Auckland. 

We are looking for a responsible and high efficiency logistic assistant to deal with our logistics department jobs and daily inventory and administrative jobs. The logistics assistant will also be responsible for receiving and unpacking parcels, completing relevant documentation, and dispatching stock. Logistics experience is not required however, preferred candidates with admin background.

Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
• Carries out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the logistics department or assigned.
• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Reporting all breakages and spills.
• Provides support in the maintenance of filing systems for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents.

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin speaking is prefered.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working with logistics preferred, but not required.
