The role:  As a key member of the Boutique team, you will be responsible for providing a seamless client experience through exceptional storytelling, building lifetime-long client relationships, and living and breathing the brand's way of life centred around beauty, excellence & luxury! To be considered for this role you will: 

Have 2+ years of retail sales experience within a high-end setting

Have impeccable product storytelling ability 

Have a confident yet gentle & personable customer approach

Take pride in your self-presentation both physically and verbally, in line with the extremely high-end luxury environment

Have a genuine connection with and passion for the brand, and take pride in being part of the first-ever NZ Boutique

Come with existing personal knowledge of luxury brands & products ideally

Have experience managing a VIP network of customers 

Interest or knowledge of gemstones is a plus!

Benefits:

$60k base salary depending on experience! + grooming allowance!
