M365 Consultant (Digital Workplace)

The Role

This position is for a Consultant with a background in Digital Workplace and Employee experience. The role is to work in Microsoft technologies, focusing on the latest versions of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, with some exposure to Azure and supporting technologies building digital workplaces. Combining client facing consulting capabilities with hands-on solution delivery, our Consultants liaise with clients, agile software development teams and user experience designers to ensure our solutions are beautifully designed and effectively delivered. Your business insight and thought leadership, will enable you to solve high profile, real-world business problems with outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Envisioning and Conceptual Solution design,
• Owning work-streams and projects within the team, and taking responsibility for their delivery,
  
• Light touch project management and budget control of your projects,
• Production of end user documentation, and operational hand-over,
• Providing technical and end user training to both internal and external clients, and
• Working both on and off-site with clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to train, up skill and manage junior team members,
  
• Ability to manage stakeholders of varying degrees and comfortable managing stakeholders and project teams
• Proven ability to write high quality documentation
• Experienced with in-person and digitally delivered workshops
• Understanding of information architecture as it applied to Digital Workplace
• Ability to work from own initiative and within a team environment,
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment,
• Ability to manage workload and time according to set deadlines,
• Demonstrable experience in Enterprise Content Management and Search
