About the Role

You’ll operate roofing roll formers, flashing folders, and other machinery to make roofing products and accessories. You’ll also help with general factory and warehouse duties. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm (10 hours per day / 50 hours per week).

What you will do

• Manufacture roofing materials and roofing accessories to required specifications
• Operate roofing roll formers, flashing folders, and other sheetmetal machinery
• Read and follow job sheets, production instructions, and measurements
• Measure, cut, fold, and process materials accurately
• Assist with loading delivery vehicles when required
• Complete basic administrative and production paperwork as needed
• Carry out general factory and warehouse duties including tidying, sweeping, and cleaning equipment

• A current full NZ driver licence
• Factory or manufacturing experience
• Machine operating experience
• Able to read job sheets and measurements
• Forklift or gantry crane experience is a bonus
• Physically fit and reliable
• Attention to detail
• Good attitude and work well in a team
