Breakfree on Cashel is looking for a full time Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role you will:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in the day to day maintenance of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, fire systems, kitchen equipment, audio and visual, laundry, internal and external lighting, plant and equipment, as well as general upkeep of the rooms.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and safety for grounds and rooms.
• Promptly respond to and resolve maintenance requests.
• Maintain functioning of fire detection equipment. 
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of all equipment.

• Trade qualification preferred
• Basic knowledge in areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry
• Eye for detail and great organizational skills.
• Computer and technology savvy
• Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
