The Role:
Leading a small maintenance team, you will bring experience of what an effective maintenance plan and systems can achieve. You have strong capability to influence change to bring about a robustness in maintenance planning, ensuring assets are maintained to best capability.
  
Your Responsibilities:

• Delivering a maintenance program designed to maximise plant availability, reliability and assure effective asset performance aligned to manufacturing goals.
• Working cohesively with departmental leaders to ensure a safety first culture and meeting all compliance obligations.
• To recommend plant improvement projects with validating Capex proposals.
• Supporting and delivering projects improving efficiency.
• Introducing best practice predictive and preventative maintenance tools and programs through the Mex system.

You:

• You’ll bring strong experience of implementing maintenance programs in a complex manufacturing environment. You can create and implement a vision with strong ability to influence and change behaviour.
• You’re adaptable and flexible to react to changing requirements.
• You show great ability to relate to people at all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You’re planned and organised with excellent attention to detail.
