Maintenance Service Technician, Waikato

Excel Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Waikato is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our local team.

You will work with a wide range of Waikato businesses across commercial refrigeration and HVAC sites, enjoying a varied workload, modern equipment and the support of a company that genuinely values its people.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Undertaking scheduled and reactive HVAC maintenance

• Diagnose and solve simple mechanical faults

• Complete accurate service reports and maintain job records

• Deliver quality customer service and experience

• Work with technology to complete work orders

• Commit to health, safety and environment first practices

ABOUT YOU

• Hands on, practical, mechanical aptitude with a curiosity to understand how things work

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians and administration staff

• A full unrestricted driver licence

• Current residence in New Zealand with the legal right to work

• Sound verbal and written communication skills
