In this role, you’ll bring your insight, experience, and professional intuition to help clients navigate complex issues and implement meaningful, effective solutions. He aha āu mahi | What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of compliance services, including preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, GST & FBT returns and taxation advice
• Delivering insightful monthly management reporting
• Providing system and process support to help clients improve the way they work
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Offering leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members
• Supporting and driving project work that goes beyond compliance

Mōu | About You

• At least 2 years’ manager experience, in a Business Advisory Services (CA) environment, with strong technical capability
• Clear, confident communicator who can bring clarity to complex information
• Commercially minded with the ability to think beyond the numbers
• Skilled at building rapport with a wide range of clients
• Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, supportive style
• Strong at managing your own workflow and overseeing junior team members
• Experience with accounting technology solutions is an advantage
