You may come from practice management, retail, manufacturing….actually, we are open to most management backgrounds, so long as you have strong soft skills and plenty of management experience. Your track record will show you have the ability to “head things off at the pass”, resolving issues early before they escalate. You are an excellent communicator, kind and intuitive. You are also proactive, organised, a strong implementor and consistent finisher.

You will need

• 3 years + management experience, with well-developed people skills
• 3 years + recruitment experience
• Effective decision making capability and commercial acumen
• Advanced written communication. You must be clear and concise
• A love of learning and teaching
• A calm, considered and constructive approach (cup half full)
• An interest in the development and wellbeing of others
