About the Role:
We’re looking for a data driven and commercially minded Manufacturing Data & Performance Engineer to help drive operational performance across our manufacturing environment. Working closely with Manufacturing and other internal teams, you’ll play a key role in developing performance metrics, improving reporting visibility, and identifying opportunities to optimise production performance. Key responsibilities -
Develop and maintain manufacturing performance metrics
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
Analyse manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance improvements
Analyse production, labour, and material costs
Support production planning and capacity analysis
Ensure consistency, integrity, and standardisation of manufacturing data and reporting across the organisation
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering or production analytics
Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
Understanding of manufacturing performance metrics and production operations
Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Lean, Six Sigma, or experience in manufacturing performance analytics
