Marine Service Technician

Exciting opportunity for a Superstar Marine Technician, based in East Tamaki. Apply for the position to join our Service Team and to focus on our range of marine products and deliver an amazing experience to our customer network.   

What is the role?

As part of the Technical Service Team, you will form the anchor point in the New Zealand landscape. Supported by a larger Australian based team you will have the opportunity to redefine and redesign the technical service function in New Zealand and make it your own.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, be a problem solver, be enthusiastic, and have great attention to detail. 

Key responsibilities:

• Assessment and repair of products returned under warranty in a timely manner
• Providing a high standard of customer service to both internally and externally
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all internal and external parties
• Flexibility in regard to working hours may be required from time to time and occasion travel 

What are we looking for?

• Trade level qualifications or work experience to match
• Experience working within an electronics repair environment
• Demonstrated and documented history of ongoing learning
• Experience in Marine electronics will be highly regarded
