Market Field Manager - Waterproofing

Sika is a highly successful, multinational company specialising in construction products and systems including waterproofing, flooring, roofing, sealants, epoxies and grouts.  Sika’s products are proven internationally and on a local level and have an excellent reputation as being high quality and complete solution providers.

Operating nationally, the Market Field Manager - Waterproofing will take responsibility and manage the product groups associated with waterproofing portfolios.  In addition, they will assist in the identification of new business opportunities and ensure that our product range is in line with market needs.  The Market Field Manager - Waterproofing will initiate product and market developments to ensure sales growth.  This will require a strong presence with existing and new customer groups targeting applications for these specialist technologies.  There will be an active involvement with the nationally based sales team to provide technical support for customers, specifiers, applicators and key decision makers.

We seek a person with a strong sales background ideally associated with technical products into the construction and industrial sectors.  The capacity to manage product marketing strategies must also be demonstrated and a relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
