We are looking for a Marketing Adviser based in Auckland to join our dynamic national team on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in implementing marketing operations and business development initiatives to grow our brand and communicate our capabilities and services at both the regional and national level. This is a hands-on role with lots of variety across the entire range of Marketing and BD activities. It involves a combination of general day-to-day support and project-based work. We are looking for an organised and energetic person to support our team, lawyers and partners across a diverse range of practice areas and sectors. What you will be doing? Working with internal teams to prepare high quality proposal responses Developing a variety of marketing communication campaigns and business-as-usual activities including flyers, case studies, web copy, press releases, presentations to successfully position the brand Managing and updating the company website and social media channels Assisting with external communications Creating, maintaining, and implementing campaigns in HubSpot (including email newsletters, invitations, website landing pages, forms, and workflows, and monitoring and reporting on analytics). What you'll bring to our team This role is suited to a marketing all-rounder with experience in B2B marketing. To be successful in this role you will ideally have: 5 or more years of experience working in a similar role within a professional services/corporate environment An innovative and strategic mindset Proven marketing and proposal management experience, and be able to build effective relationships internally and externally Experience in developing marketing campaigns and related activities Experience with marketing automation platforms and content management systems (eg HubSpot and Umbraco) Excellent communication skills (writing, editing and content development) Experience working in a collaborative team and enjoys working with others across a range of levels Experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be an advantage.
