This is a role in our small Marketing and Communications team where you will support the wider business with their marketing needs. This is a role for someone who already has a couple of years' experience and wants to join a friendly, hands-on team, where you will gain further experience in a whole range of activities including: Develop and implement marketing strategy across all channels Content creation and loading for website, intranet and social media Contribute to and implement social media strategy Manage relationships with external suppliers such as printersEvent and conference support and administration Assist with internal communications As our Marketing Advisor, you will be the primary contact supporting the business in any marketing-related queries. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills on projects that cover all aspects of marketing from conception to completion. Who We Are Looking ForTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:A tertiary degree in marketing or related experience Sound understanding of digital marketing principles and content creation skills Proficiency in Office 365 Understanding of SEOExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be a plus but not essential Experience loading content into SharePoint, WordPress or other CMS Understanding of or willingness to engage with te reo Maori and tikanga Lots of initiative and enthusiasm to pitch in with any task Location and Work ScheduleThis permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is based on Thorndon Quay, Wellington Central. Our location offers easy access to public transport (bus and train) and various amenities.
