Marketing Analytics Specialist 12 Month Contract

Our client is a global business with a focus on equipping their customers, mostly SME's, helping them grow and contribute in a meaningful way to the communities and economies where they live and work. Their profits go towards education and charity work via their global partners. They are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist for a 12 month parental cover, based in their Auckland office.
Part of the global marketing team with teammates around the world, the Marketing Analytics Specialist works across the team to measure and report on the success of what we do. This includes data analytics (GA4), reporting, campaign tracking, surveys and database management.
You will have a tertiary qualification in a related field, with relevant experience in a marketing analytics role.
Other skills required:
Previous experience in turning raw data into actionable, value-adding insights and recommendations, with a proven track record of successStrong analytics, insights and/or campaign analyst backgroundSolid, well-rounded understanding of digital marketing principles and best practicesKnowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Marketo or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to explain complex analysis in an easy-to-understand way and be comfortable presenting reports to stakeholders across the business. Highly developed problem-solving skills are a must with a proven ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
