Marketing and Events Coordinator

Are you passionate about marketing and events? Ready to make your mark at one of New Zealand’s leading law firms? Buddle Findlay is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our Auckland team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with our fee earners, client experience team, and other marketing team members to plan and deliver exceptional client events across Aotearoa. You’ll manage everything from event logistics and vendor relationships to social media promotion and post event analysis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and love collaborating with others, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Drive digital and in-person event projects from start to finish


• Work with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution


• Create digital invitations and event pages 


• Promote events via social media channels


• Manage budgets, registrations, and event reporting


• Support with marketing admin and staff onboarding/offboarding

What you’ll bring:

• Around 1 year’s experience in marketing or communications 


• Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite


• Social media savvy (Instagram, LinkedIn)


• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator


• Tenacious, collaborative, and customer-focused
