We seek a Marketing and Office Coordinator to join our team full-time with at least two years of marketing / social media experience.

As an integral part of our practice, you will work collaboratively across our team and key stakeholders to bring beautiful human spaces to life. Your role will involve:

  • Implementing the practice's marketing strategy including maintaining the practice's website and social media including Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. 
  • Executing the practice's team, client and supplier/consultant engagement programs. 
  • Building and maintaining media relations portfolio of publishers and awards programs. 
  • Maintaining a healthy, safe and presentable office for all and 
  • Supporting the General Manager in practice administration including organising meetings and events.

Key skills and attributes

  • Must have New Zealand permanent residency.
  • Minimum of 2 years of publishing, PR, marketing and/or external communications experience including social media & website experience.
  • Sound social media platforms knowledge including Linked In, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proficiency of relevant software packages e.g. Microsoft, Canva and WordPress.
  • Office/Practice Management and or PA experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in either Te Reo Māori or Mandarin is highly valued.
